One of the ways we treat our customers specially is by offering a savings in shipping rate.
All online orders are shipped through UPS Ground and Freight service. The larger the size of your order, the more you will save shipping. We ship to any location within the United States, except Hawaii and Alaska. We ship directly from Collingdale, Pennsylvania.

If you placed an order with us, you can look at this map to estimate when you order will arrive.Look at the map to determine how long it will take in business shipping days for your order to get to you after we ship it, via UPS Ground Service. Saturdays & Sundays are not business shipping days.
Zone and Zip Code Chart
Many of our products in our online store are freight free up to zone 4. That means you get free shipping!
Even if you are beyond Zone 4, we will still cover the shipping cost up
to Zone 4 and you pay the difference, which means you pay less for
For example, if you are in Zone 6 and the cost of shipping is $100 for your order, and shipping to Zone 4 for the same order is $60, you will only pay the difference of the two, which is $40. Boom, you saved $60 right there! So we pay all freight costs of shipping your products up to Zone 4.
For your convenience, zones 2-4 are bolded below. For example, if your zip code is 19023, then your first three digits are 190 and looking at the chart below you can see that you are located in Zone 2.

The Cappuccino Connection believes in quality. Our commitment to our products speaks to the respect and seriousness we bring to dealing with our customers and ensuring that they receive the tastiest product possible. With that in mind, if for any reason you or your recipient are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly replace the products in question or offer a full refund. Request for refunds or returns must be placed within 48 hours of the receipt of the order. We ask that that you please do not immediately discard any of the products, as we may request UPS to pick up these products to be returned.

The Cappuccino Connection guarantees all products to be free from defects. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the undamaged product for a full refund within 30 days of shipment excluding original shipping.
The return shipping must be paid by the consumer and additionally insured for the full purchase price.
Any return must be shipped back in its original packaging. Therefore, please retain all original packaging materials, crates, boxes. Please contact us before shipment for return authorization.
